Q: Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
A: Yes, Darley's Bouncy Castle Hire carries £5 million pounds in full Public Liability Insurance.

Q: Can you provide an Receipt for my hire?
A: Yes, Darley's Bouncy Castle Hire is a registered company; should you need a receipt or invoice simply let us know and one will be taken on delivery.
Q: What hire period do the rates on the website cover?
A: The rate reflects a days hire should you need the unit overnight then please call to discuss. If the unit is not being used elsewhere the following day then there should be no problems in doing so.

Q: How much space do I need to leave for the castle?
A: Ideally there should be a minimum of 4ft at front & back of the castle to allow for the blower and access. Please also ensure that there is enough room to bring the castle to the area where you would like it set up, as a trolley is used. If in doubt, please call to discuss.

Q: Do you do both indoor & outdoor events?
A: Yes we cater for both; for outdoor events rain covers / sun shades are provided for the all arched and enclosed castles as well as a cover for the bouncy castle inflator which is suitable in event of light rain.

​Q: Are there any booking charges or cancellation fees?
A: We do NOT require a booking deposit and you can cancel at any point up to 2hrs before the start of the event WITHOUT CHARGE. However, we do charge £25 if you cancel at the door.

​Q: Can I hire a castle and charge a pay per play system?
A: Yes you can however, it would be wise to buy your own Public Liability Insurance in case of injury.

Q: Do you offer "package deals"?
A: Yes we will happily hire multiple units to you at discounted rates. Please call or email to discuss further.
